Dr. Lyanne was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and is fluent in both English
and Spanish. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the InterAmerican
University of Puerto Rico and later completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at
Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly known as New York Chiropractic
College). She further advanced her expertise by studying Contemporary Medical
Acupuncture at McMaster University.

 

From 2021 to 2024, Dr. Lyanne practiced chiropractic care in Buffalo, NY, where she
developed a wide range of skills, including spinal manipulation, Instrument-Assisted Soft
Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, dry needling/acupuncture, myofascial trigger
point therapy, and therapeutic massage.

 

Now proudly serving the Garner, NC community at Empower Chiropractic and
Wellness, Dr. Lyanne treats a variety of conditions affecting the spine, jaw, extremities,
and pelvis. She is dedicated to helping patients alleviate pain from sciatica,
headaches/migraines, pregnancy support, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more. Her
patient-centered approach focuses on restoring health, mobility, and quality of life
through personalized care.
