Frequently asked questions
A chiropractic adjustment is a hands-on or instrument assisted technique used to improve joint mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the body's overall function by applying controlled, precise force to specific areas of the spine or joints.
For most people, adjustments are painless. However, some may experience mild soreness afterward.
The 'popping' sound, known as cavitation, occurs when gas bubbles are released from the joints. Not everyone will experience this, and it is not a sign of the quality of the adjustment.
