What to expect during your first visit

Your first appointment is all about understanding you. Here’s what the visit typically includes:

• A warm welcome and introduction by Dr. Lyanne

• Paperwork check-in (if not completed online on your patient portal — allow an extra 15 minutes)

• A one-on-one consultation to discuss your health goals and concerns

• A physical examination

• Referral for X-rays, if needed (sent to a local imaging center)

• Your first chiropractic adjustment and/or soft tissue treatment

• Personalized home care recommendations to help you feel better, faster

Appointments typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, and same-day treatment is provided unless otherwise contraindicated.

To keep your visit running smoothly, please bring:

• A valid photo ID

• Your insurance card(s)

• Previous X-rays or other imaging, if available

You’re welcome to complete your intake forms ahead of time via our secure patient portal, or you may arrive early to fill them out in-office.

What to expect during your second visit

During your second visit, we take a deeper dive into your health progress. Dr. Lyanne will assess how your body responded to your first adjustment and discuss any changes or improvements you’ve noticed. Based on your needs and goals, we’ll present a personalized treatment plan designed to guide your healing and long-term wellness.

We’ll also take time to explain what to expect along the way, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you feel confident in the care ahead.
